MCT Oil

MCT oil is colorless and odorless while having an optimal fat content, making it an excellent carrier oil. Carrier oil, also known as base oil or vegetable oil, is used to
dilute essential oils and absolutes before they are applied to the skin in massage and
aromatherapy. They are so named because they carry the essential oil onto the skin.
Diluting essential oils is a critical safety practice when using essential oils.

chains of fats called triglycerides. Due to their shorter length, MCTs are more easily digested than longer-chain fatty acids found in many other foods.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that Starry Nights should not be used Topically or Orally. This Blend is specifically designed as an inhalent blend. Safe from 6 months old.
On a Tissue/Cotton pad or Dudu Buddy
Add 2 to 3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and place inside the child's pillowcase or next to the head, out of the child’s reach to inhale throughout the night, or add 4-5 drops on dudu buddy insert.
In bath water
Add 4 to 5 drops into bath water before bedtime and allow the child to breathe in vapours.
In a Diffuser/Humidifier
Add 4 to 5 drops in your Diffuser or Humidifier and allow child to breathe in vapours. Or leave in a well ventilated room, out of the child’s reach, to inhale the vapours.
