It can start between 4 – 7 months and continue all the way until approximately 2 years or more. Symptoms vary from baby to baby, but they are normally irritable and suffer from swollen tender gums, are fussy and cry, might have slightly raised temperatures, drool a lot (which can cause a rash on their face), cough, rub the cheek or pull the ear, chew on anything, feeding problems, runny nose, loose stools, may also experience changes in eating or sleeping patterns, constipation, etc.

WHAT IT CONTAINS:

MCT Carrier Oil:

• As the name suggests, medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil contains medium-length chains of fats called triglycerides. Due to their shorter length, MCTs are more easily digested than longer-chain fatty acids found in many other foods.
• MCT oil boasts antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral properties, improves gut health (it is known to support the gut lining), fights candida, eliminates various pathogenic strains, viruses, and bacteria that cause digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea, etc.
• MCTs is a “brain food” – it can be turned into ketones which can cross the blood-brain barrier and be used as a rapid energy source for the brain – MCT oil is safe and beneficial for use in children of all ages

Copaiba Essential Oil:

• Copaiba Essential oil contains the highest amounts of Beta carophyllene (55%) of any other known essential oil.

• Due to its unique ability to bind with CB2 receptors, Beta-caryophyllene is known to help relieve anxiety and pain (by upregulating natural endorphins), treat seizures, can reduce neuro-inflammation and increase anti-oxidant levels in the brain, protect the vascular system, etc.

• By working on the opioid system and endocannabinoid system, BCP can increase natural endorphins and reduce inflammation.

• BCP hosts, among others, anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-parasitic properties, helps the body regulate its natural immune responses, etc.

• BCP can reduce inflammation in the colon by activating CB2 and PPAR-gamma receptors, thus may help with inflammatory bowel diseases and aids digestion.

• BCP is known to prevent gingivitis and inhibit dental plaque build-up.

HOW TO USE

⮚ Although dilution is not required with the use of Copaiba, this blend ensures that it can be used for the most sensitive baby.

⮚ This would then be used to rub across the gums gently.  The pressure of rubbing the gums is often enough to help really reduce the pain that is felt, while still allowing your baby a very natural remedy to their pain. The pressure on their gums distracts their brain from the sensation of teething pain.  Take care not to rub too harsh though or you could actually cause your baby further discomfort.

⮚ Rub on gums as often as required, not exceeding more than 1 application per hour.
