- Clary sage - one component of Clary Sage oil is sclareol, which mimics the effects of estrogen in the body. For this reason, Clary Sage may be effective at reducing some of the symptoms of menopause. Clary Sage oil helps level out estrogen production in the body
- Chamomile - known as a gentle calming and sedative oil; Chamomile essential oil may be helpful for those menopause sleepless nights and insomnia. It might also aid digestion after a meal and is soothing on the stomach, therefore beneficial in cases of nausea, stomach pain or period pains.

HOW TO USE:
Remember, we are not doctors. Menopause is a hormonal imbalance that needs to be addressed. Never just stop using your prescribed medications.
Find your sweet spot. Just like with Cannabis oils, Cannabis infused with essential oils is a medicine.
Start slow and low, pay attention to your body, you may take more drops should you feel the need.
Menopause Dawn: should be taken after breakfast each morning (start with 3 drops, increase as necessary)
Menopause Dusk: should be taken every night about 30 min to an hour before bedtime (start with 3-5 drops, increase as necessary).
Menopause Cooling Spray: Spritz as needed for hot flashes
