Lemon essential oil can be diluted and applied topically to your skin, as well as diffused into the air and inhaled. Some people swear by lemon essential oil as an ingredient that fights exhaustion, helps with depression, clears your skin, kills harmful viruses and bacteria, and reduces inflammation.
REMEMBER: This is a PURE Oil with the highest concentration of powerful, unique, naturally occurring essential oil constituents. Always dilute your pure essential oils with a carrier oil of your choice
HOW TO USE
TOPICAL
Dilute 3 to 6 drops of essential oils in a 30ml carrier oil or fragrance free cream base. Do a patch skin test.
DIFFUSE
Diffuse 3 to 6 drops in an aromatic diffuser.
INGESTION
Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oils in 250ml liquid (microdose). Add 1 to 3 drops of essential oils to foods/baked goods for flavour.
STORAGE
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight – keep in a cool, dark place.
