DOSAGES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Dosage may be advised depending on the condition. For general use, dosage is advised as follows: Start with 3 drops in the morning and evening, for 2 weeks. Increase dosage by between 1-2 drops every 14 days as needed.

Start with a low dose & slowly increase over time until you find your "sweet spot". Insert the drops under the tongue, and leave for 60 seconds before swallowing.

Taking the Kids Oil 20 minutes before bedtime and following a peaceful bedtime routine after administering oil may aid in restful sleep. Oils can also be

applied topically or dropped in the naval.
