ABOUT
Peppermint oil has a sharp odour that’s cool and refreshing.
Peppermint oil is promoted for topical use (applied to the skin) for problems like headaches, muscle aches, joint pain, and itching. In other uses, peppermint oil is promoted for treating coughs and colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress.
REMEMBER: This is a PURE Oil with the highest concentration of powerful, unique, naturally occurring essential oil constituents. Always dilute your pure essential oils with a carrier oil of your choice.
HOW TO USE
TOPICAL
Dilute 3 to 6 drops of essential oils in a 30ml carrier oil or fragrance free cream base. Do a patch skin test.
DIFFUSE
Diffuse 3 to 6 drops in an aromatic diffuser.
INGESTION
Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oils in 250ml liquid (microdose). Add 1 to 3 drops of essential oils to foods/baked goods for flavour.
STORAGE
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight – keep in a cool, dark place.
